This month we travelled to Parkes for the annual 3 shows in 1 weekend and came home with some lovely results.
"Murphy" Zatini Two Timin Lover took MINOR IN GROUP at the 2nd show and Reserve Dog Challenge at the
3rd show over some highly credentialed older males. "Freya" Zatini Bad Romance took out 2 x MINOR IN GROUPS at
the 1st and 3rd Shows and also Reserve Bitch Challenge at the 2nd and 3rd Shows again over older bitches. Both these youngsters
are doing us proud and we look forward to what the future may bring!
"Gabi" Zatini Dance With The Devil was Best of Breed at the 1st Show and then Runner Up to Best of Breed at the 2nd
and 3rd shows. She kept the flag flying for the Zatini Team in Longcoat Chihuahuas. "Elliott" Espero Midnite Special, owned by
Pam Brennan and campaigned by us, went Runner Up to Best of Breed at all 3 shows from the Minor Class and flew the flag for the
Zatini Team in Smoothcoat Chihuahuas!
And our new kid on the block "Prada" Nedsur Pure Decadence, placed well in her classes over the weekend. Prada is Mikayla's little
Sheltie show girl and they are bonding well as a great team. We look forward to what the two can do together in the ring.
April sees us heading up to Sydney for the yearly Easter Whippet Specialties and Sighthound Shows. The first show sees
us win 3rd place with "Murphy" Zatini Two Timin Lover in the Baby Dog Class from a big entry, then 1st with "Freya" Zatini
Bad Romance and 2nd place with "Jinx" Zatini Love Child in the Baby Bitch Class. We finish the day with BEST OPPOSITE
BABY IN SHOW with "Freya" Zatini Bad Romance.
The 2nd Whippet Specialty sees "Murphy" take 3rd place again in the Baby Dog Class, "Jinx" places 3rd in the Baby Bitch Class
and "Kizzi" Rushdale Kizmai places 1st in the Aus Bred Bitch Class and tops it off with BEST OPPOSITE AUS BRED IN SHOW.
We had a great time with some good wins, great company and good wine!!
Our first outing with the Nugget x Faith babies was at Bathurst Royal and Murphy comes home with a BEST BABY PUPPY IN HOUND GROUP under Whippet Breeder/Judge Mr John Thompson (VIC). Our second outing with the same babies sees Murphy doing it again with BEST BABY PUPPY IN HOUND GROUP BOTH DAYS! 1st win under Mr J.Hayward (NSW) and the 2nd one under Mr E.Pickering (NSW). Way to go Murph! Our girl "Kizzi" Rushdale Kizmai is now a smidgen away from her Champ title also.
